Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to our website. We value the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same in return. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), a copyright owner or their representative can submit a takedown notice to our DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are protected under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To file an infringement claim, you must provide the following information:
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
- Identification of the infringing material and details to help locate it;
- Contact information of the complaining party;
- A statement that the use of the material is unauthorized;
- A statement that the provided information is accurate.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in penalties under Title 17 USC §512(f). Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email for quick processing.
Be aware that we may share your identity and information with the alleged infringer upon receiving a claim. By submitting a claim, you agree to this disclosure.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If your material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you can send us a counter notification to have it restored. The counter notification should include:
- Your signature;
- Description of the removed material and its original location;
- A statement that the removal was a mistake;
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
Submit your counter notice through our Contact page, preferably via email.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a strict policy against repeat copyright infringers. We keep a record of DMCA notices and take action against repeat offenders by terminating their accounts.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update this DMCA policy as needed. Please check back regularly for any revisions.
